In his latest book, The Lord's Supper: What It Is and What It's Not, David Rodriguez examines some of the claims made for the Eucharist celebration, such as:
We also explore the different traditions regarding the sacraments and,
more importantly, the basis upon which these traditions are established. The author addresses these issues from the perspective that the Scriptures are the only infallible guide to Christian doctrine and that the primary source of church doctrine must be the teachings of Christ and His apostles. THE BOOK OF JOB contains some of the most profound questions that can be asked. These questions go far beyond the interactions between the principal players: Job, his counselors, God and Satan. In this book, Questions from Job, we will examine such issues as:
All these issues will be addressed from a biblical perspective. Job had questions. We have questions. As we face trials and disappointments that come our way in life, we frequently ask "Why?" This book is an attempt to answer some of life's most challenging questions. Together we will examine Questions from Job.
We are a friendly, neighborhood church striving to please God through solid teaching of His Word, pure worship to His Name, and times of fellowship that strengthen us.
In addition to our church services, we seek to meet the needs of both the church and the community around us through a variety of ministries: Koinonia Bible College, The Therapon Institute, Celebrate Recovery, and GriefShare, among others.
KBC offers a wide selection of courses that will train students for ministry or prepare them for practical Christian service.
KBC is in partnership with and accredited through Vision International University, allowing students a wider range of courses and degree options for their Bible education.
